I’m hungry for some altura. Isn’t that some kind of tuna-fish?

National Review has been calling out moderate and liberal Republicans ever since the magazine was founded in the mid-fifties. You obviously didn’t realize that Buckley and Bill Rusher were behind Goldwater running against Nixon in 1960 and Rockefeller in 1964.

Your talking one issue immigration. On every other issues Jeb has been more conservative. He for sure never said “Hillary would be a great president”. And if this forum has become a cult of Trump instead conservative. I really don’t care.

NR jumped the shark when Buckley died.

Whoops! I meant Bill Kristol..... but Buckley was an ass as well...
You are safe in your condolences....

Unchecked immigration will turn all of USA into California, a one-party Democrat state. Bush’ “conservatism” on other issues is irrelevant, since he supports an immigration policy that will make conservatism in America extinct

For someone so sanctimonious in public he has some strange long time friends and donors in private.

How long have you been a conservative. Wm. F. Buckley practically founded the conservative movement in the USA. His magazine and books laid the foundation for conservatism. Russell Kirk and his book “The Conservative Mind’ was the basis for Buckley’s philosophy. Most of this grew out of an abhorrence of FDR
and his left-wing government. Barry Goldwater was one of the first Conservative politicians. At least the first one that didn ‘t hide his beliefs in the mid 50s

Rich Lowery on Fox now (Megyn Kelly’s show). He really needs to get a toupe that matches the hair on the side of his head.
These guys remind me of Libertarians. Happy to lose and be the minority party.
We have 3-4 SCOTUS picks. Cruz can’t win. Rubio is for amnesty. Paul Ryan and the Republicans in Congress handed Obama a blank check.
We need to destroy the existing Republican leadership and start over. Toss out everyone in Washington and start over.
A revolution is coming...

If your are a conservative, by definition you are incapable of groupthink.
That said, any snakeoil salesman faces crushing rebuke at any attempt to pit conservative against conservative. We are immune to such tactics.
Another classic GOPe fail.

Perhaps you should ask yourself why you are offended by the truth? Trump's current political following is very fervent, and it is based upon... nothing.
Because it is not the truth. Here is the truth, you and your little cruzer pals have been the butt of a cruel joke perpetrated by the msm. There was never any chance of cruz winning Iowa or any other state, the msm played you by manipulating polls in an effort to bring down Trump. Now, as the election gets closer, the posters have to get accurate to maintain any credibility at all. That is why Trump suddenly jumped to a 10 point lead over night. So after all your condescending post thinking you are so much smarter and better then everyone else, the truth is we knew all along you were being played like the little punks you are.

Under Buckley National Review was awesome, inspiring.
It’s spent it’s last ten years selling the likes of Cantor, Rubio, and Ryan.

The Republican Party is getting what it so richly deserves, as is NR who have promoted RINOs for decades now.
The GOP is dead, they just don't know it yet.
