You know, I've been pointing this out for a while. Trump (except for Jeb) is only concerned with #2 guy. When it appeared after the first debate Carly would come on, he smacked her. After next debate Carson "surged." He smacked Carson down. Then Cruz "surged." LOL. We see what happened there.

Ted Cruz whacked himself when he did not handle the birther issue in Dec 2014 so it would now be old news. Big mistake in a campaign that was otherwise run better than most conservative campaigns.
