Agree. If, as so many are saying, there is nothing here, Levin had nothing to lose by disclosing it up front. Full disclosure allows each person to make their own judgment call. The alternative is to withhold info, so that people cannot weigh the facts and arrive at their own conclusion.
So they are threatening to blackmail Levin by revealing something he already taked about? That makes even less sense than you usually do, and that’s saying something.

The only people who have to do that are registered public stock advisors, people looking for a job, people applying to the military or gov position and political candidates.
Having a fiancee with a son who works for anyone at all, is not a disclosure issue for him, as he has no disclosure requirements of any kind, save for what he wants to volunteer. Don't like it, don't listen......That's the way it works.
