Conventional thinking. Consider, if Trump wins he can deal with all those with New York and San Francisco values -and that is almost all the dims in congress. Plus most of the Rino’s in congress will support Trump because . . . because they need a unified front too keep the goodies flowing to their silk stocking, country club, Rockefeller-wing cronies. That will leave a shadow group of conservatives to fight.
If Hilary is elected, most of the Republicans will oppose her - probably not effectively - but will offer some nominal opposition in an attempt to make themselves appear relevant.
Either way, if it comes down to Trump or what he calls that great secretary of state, conservatives are going to be living deep behind enemy lines.
