Sarah Palin got a rock star's welcom in Tulsa, Oklahma on Wednesday as she told a crowd of 10,000 that America is 'going to go to hell in a handbasket' and urged them in her trademark twang to vote on 'Soooper Tooooosday.'
Palin endorsed Trump in a stream-of-consciousness stemwinder Tuesday during a rally in Ames, Iowa.
The 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee was a no-show Wednesday morning at a smaller campaign stop in Norwalk, Iowa, as rumors swirled that a one-day political romance might already have turned sour.
But she spoke for nearly 20 minutes in Tulsa at the Mabee Arena at Oral Roberts University, calling the Republican front-runner 'ballsy enough to get out there' and challenge politicians on both the left and the right.
He also had choice words for Clinton's only realistic challenger, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders.
'He's a wacko,' the real estate tycoon said of the avowed Democratic socialist. 'He's a whack job â but he's beating Hillary Clinton!'
The thousands in Oklahoma gave Trump a raucous welcome and sustained applause.
Hearing a loud 'I love you!' from the group of supporters gathered in front of his podium, Trump squinted to locate the person who had yelled.
'I love you too,' he responded. 'Even though you're a guy.'
Trump claimed the rally was attended by 15,000 people, and that officials had turned away 5,000 more.
Oral Roberts university says the Mabee Center seats a maximum of 11,300. About 1,000 empty seats in the arena's corners remained empty while he spoke.

Basically the same speech as yesterday but delivered much better. She really does need to work on avoiding the high pitch of her voice. Toward the very end of the speech her voice was considerably less annoying. I’m still a fan even though she endorsed Trump. I don’t think she’s a sell-out and hope she hasn’t been suckered. I hope Trump turns out better than I expect him to be if he manages to win it all. I will vote for him if he gets the nomination.
I don’t recall people being so concerned with Sarah’s voice before this. It sounds the same to me as it always did.
Don’t worry about them, they’re political feeder fish biting at the edges trying to hang on to their gravy train.
Trumps hair, Palins voice and on and on.
As Middle America gets sucked closer into the drain, they don’t give a s**t about the feeder fish. It’s a never ending con job, as most of the feeder fish are connected to the fat government blow fish and the political party piranha.
“Were my children in this situation, I wouldn’t be flying around promoting a stranger’s campaign.”
Well, isn’t that special. These “children” you speak of are adults. Perhaps they don’t want any help, and refuse it. At some point in time, people take responsibility for their own lives. Parents cannot “correct” every little thing that their offspring do “wrong”.
And don’t say that I don’t know what I am talking about, or have no experience with this sort of thing. I do.
Don’t assume that you know what is going on in their lives. You don’t know.
Her voice has been the subject of discussion for many years on FR.
They're just thinking the way their TeeVees told them to think, bless their hearts. :)
What does your doctor say?
Is there any hope?
Rush Limbaugh goes deeply into it in his show today.
Good read.
It will be interesting to see how this fits in with my Media DeathStar theory.
Palin didn't only get the regular DeathStar treatment - they made the beam radioactive.
I'm eager to see if the purported "Reagan Democrat" vote that was supposedly leaning heavily to Trump is put-off by this Palin declaration, due to the years of programming they'd had from their TeeVees.
In other words, is Palin indeed radioactive?
Trump is the only person who seems to be able to take the direct beam of the Media DeathStar and not only NOT be affected by it - but to indeed grow ever-stronger when bathed in its unholy blast.
Having The Pee Dee Ess and The Tee Dee Ess must be wreaking havoc on your body.
We're seeing what it's doing to your mind...
Said that same thing at least once a day for the past 10 years
Interesting, thanks.
But what’s still unspoken is what it says she thinks about Cruz.
She clearly refers to Cruz in that speech.
If you'd like me to cue it up for you, starting at the spot where she does that, I can post it for you.
I saw part of it. I took her praise of Rand to be a bit of an unspoken backhand to Cruz. Also, when she talked about Trump bringing up issues (I’d guess immigration and trade deals) that the others only addressed in response, she was referring at least in part of Cruz. I heard her praise of Trump’s success and ability to buck the system and get stuff done. But I must have missed if she specifically shared a direct comparison explanation for why she chose Trump over Cruz.
