Pick which millionaire to represent the average American for president.
Forbes ^ | 01/20/2016 | Agustino Fontevecchia

Forbes put together the definitive wealth list of the 2016 presidential candidates. Looking at both major parties, we have come up with net worth estimates for the 20 top Republican and Democratic contenders. To piece together a precise picture of their individual wealth, Forbes used a variety of documents, starting with financial disclosure with the Federal Election Commission. Candidates are only required to report their net worth in ranges, so the Forbes wealth team dug deep, looking through property records, mortgage papers, and tax records when available. We called experts and checked with county clerks. Finally, we called the candidates themselves, looking to corroborate our figures. We didn’t always get a response. Their average net worth, excluding Trump, tops $13 million, while all but four can call themselves multi-millionaires.

That figure for Hillary is crazy. The Clintons have billions stashed away in various foundations and foreign banks.

Amazing how “public servants” are so wealthy.

Didn’t Rafael claim they had to risk everything to get his senate seat?

Oh Wat. Never mind. I forgot GS.

It depends on what one defines as the average American.

What I see is someone who..

... wears flip-flops to a funeral.
... thinks he get can get out of jury duty by arriving in wife-beaters and pants that show going-away cleavage.
... gets her news from The Daily Show.
... is on SSI and Medicaid for impotence.
... made Farmers Only Dot Com, livestock section.

Didn’t Rafael claim they had to risk everything to get his senate seat?

So he has 3.5 million in 2016 (with his wife's assets) In 2012 when he was running for Senator they had what? 3 million? 2 Million? 1 Million? And they got a $50 dollar loan? You know all about their finances. What was their loan vs their net worth in 2012?

Amazing how all we hear from Trump supporters is “Goldman Sachs, Goldman Sachs”. Kasich actually WORKED at Lehman Brothers. How is that not a major talking point?

I think you forgot Soros too. Not that Cruz got a loan from him, but that Donald did:

On October 28, 2004, Trump held a ceremony to begin the demolition of the former Sun-Times Building. The demolition and construction were financed by a 650-million-dollar loan from Deutsche Bank and a trio of hedge fund investors who represented George Soros as one of their sources of funds

I think a better question would be, why would anyone risk a mortgage for a job that lasts 6 years? Could it be because the job is worth a hell of a lot more than advertised?

I would rather think the average Joe wakes up at five, goes to work, applies himself for ten hours or more, comes home and hopes to keep half of what he has righteously earned.
The government calls him a terrorist.

Because Kasich is of absolute no political consequence. If he were ‘surging’, believe, Lehman Bros. is all you would hear.

He leveraged Soros? Ha-ha-ha..that’s awesome when you think about it. The true business man always uses other people’s money to make money. The power of OPM!

The average Joe? Maybe.
But Joe isn’t the average American.
The average American elected Obama for a second term.

Politicians of either party are greased, then:
Trump buys a city block.
One thousand men are employed to demolish it.
Hundreds of truckers are employed to dispatch the remnants for recycling .
Fueling stations are booming.
Tire shops and mechanics get an up tick in business.
The Recycling Plant hires more and offers overtime to keep up with the onslaught.
The Roach Coaches at the site are restocking and returning.
Porta-potties are rented and dispatched
Area sub shops, hardware stores, hotdog stands, are booming.
At the end of the week the Pubs are jammed from six PM on as the crew quench their thirsts after a week of hard work.
The Pubs hire more staff, buy more beer and liquors, the Distributers hire more to keep up.
Police put in overtime.
The whore houses are flooded.
The impact is both far reaching and wide.
Now the actual construction begins.
Cement producers, Rebar manufacturing, Drywall Manufactures, Distributers of manufactured items from screws to paint are flooded and hire in more, offer overtime, Restaurants continue to hire in, food distributers are overwhelmed, almost every sector of business in the region enjoys growth in sales. Electrical wire purchased, delivered and installed counted not in feet but in miles.
I could go on for ten or more pages.
The fact is, when this man farts, he creates more jobs and economic growth than all of the other contenders combined.
This country is in trouble in many ways.
But financially, we are circling the drain.
It is utterly brainless and morally corrupt to even consider any other candidate.
