You should read what he said about Trump. Basically Trump is unelectable according to him. The only person according to Graham that is electable is Bush. Even though he can’t get much past 3-4% with his own base. Somehow he’s more electable than the others.

Graham was supposed to keep Cruz from winning S.C. That’s why RNC had him run.
