You have just made the Obama argument. Which will not, btw, be good enough when the candidate is not named Obama.
“He holds the same beliefs as I do, the same principles as I do. Therefore, he qualifies.” I have it right, don’t I?
So let me ask you this:
Is it a sign of character and/or conservative to mislead your voters? When did that become the rule? Cruz didn’t mention his Canadian citizenship until more than a year after was elected to the Senate. Is that how we conservatives roll, these days?
Catch me if you can. I’ll split words & terms, play lawyerly language games and see if I can run out the clock.
We’ve already had this for north of 7 years!
It looks like your “concern” about Cruz is all about elevating Trump.

Your post:
[Cruz] might have millions of friends, but Trump has more. And DJT supporters come from all places.
As I said, this is about winning and losing. Trump intends to win. Will he? I don’t know.
But here is what I know: Cruz will be nothing but a potted plant, because he is utterly friendless in gov’t. So you can forget about rolling back any Obama-isms.
Trump, on the other hand, will roll into office and start flipping over the furniture.
And I always wondered how it would look to see a coffee table fly across the room!”
