All of the Clinton Foundation donors have faced intense media scrutiny, particularly Canada-based mining mogul Frank Giustra; Giustra is a mega Clinton Foundation donor and personal friend of Bill Clinton, and was scrutinized for business deals that critics said were linked to his donations to the charity.

Giustra is a member of Mr. Clintons inner circle, joining him on global trips and lending Clinton the use of Giustras private MD-87 jet.

Giustra even received tax dollars from Hillarys State Dept. Giustra is one of the Clinton Foundations largest donors. Giustra's $100 million contributions go directly:

<><> (2) to the Canada-based "Clinton-Giustra Enterprise Partnership."

The "Clinton-Giustra Enterprise Partnership" in turn sends money to the Clinton Foundation...(according to Canadian tax records researched by "Clinton Cash" author Schweizer)...

But, she contends she can write all of that into insecure emails, because when she did so, no one came by and made her put “Top Secret” on them.

So she didn’t do anything wrong, as no email she authored had any officially-sensitive information in them, or someone would have made sure her emails were appropriately marked.

What Hillary has done is spill a relatively small amount of secret stuff. Even assuming it was all intentional and malicious it's a much smaller quantity than Snowden. The only difference, probably minor, is the SAP material. Snowden probably had little access to SAP, likely none at all. Hillary had lots of access.

Rush sad it best the other day. Either the FBI prosecutes her or they lose their credibility and the career agents do not want the latter. My best guess is they will quickly pursue a plea deal on some watered-down charge making it sound inadvertent and minor.

Maybe, maybe not. But the definition of SAP is that only a selected number of people are allowed to see it. If you are not on the list to see it, you cannot see it, period, end of story.

At least one of the emails on Hillary Clinton’s private server contained extremely sensitive information identified by an intelligence agency as “HCS-O,” which is the code used for reporting on human intelligence sources in ongoing operations, according to two sources not authorized to speak on the record.

Both sources are familiar with the intelligence community inspector general’s January 14 letter to Congress, advising the Oversight committees that intelligence beyond Top Secret — known as Special Access Program (SAP) — was identified in the Clinton emails, as well the supporting documents from the affected agencies that owned the information and have final say on classification.

According to a December 2013 policy document released by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence: “The HSC-0 compartment (Operations) is used to protect exceptionally fragile and unique IC (intelligence community) clandestine HUMINT operations and methods that are not intended for dissemination outside of the originating agency.”

It is not publicly known whether the information contained in the Clinton emails also revealed who the human source was, their nationality or affiliation.
