One can make the argument that Sarah Palin’s filled arenas paved the way for Donald Trump’s filled arenas.
Sarah was the first “rock star” conservative politician. Trump is not by definition ‘conservative’ - but his political star rose faster because of the Palin effect, and having both of them campaigning together will suck the momentum out of all other campaigns.
