Sarah Palin, the former Alaska governor and 2008 vice-presidential nominee who became a Tea Party sensation and a favorite of grass-roots conservatives, will endorse Donald J. Trump in Iowa on Tuesday, officials with his campaign confirmed. The endorsement provides Mr. Trump with a potentially significant boost just 13 days before the state's caucuses.
Ted is in 4th place in N.H. and behind in S.C. and falling.
Cubbies made the Supper Bowl this year, didn’t they? Will wonders never cease! :)

I haven’t posted here for months. I really am distressed by the rancor that is all too common.
I am a Trump supporter. I will vote for Cruz if he is the nominee.
Trump does not need Palin’s endorsement. I watched her whole speech. It seemed to be more about her than about Trump. I really hope she doesn’t campaign for him in the general election. He doesn’t need her and I think if she’s too involved she will be a net negative.
i guess I’ve probably pissed off both sides. Back to lurking for me. I’ve had my say.

Re BC’s:
My wife carried copies of our kids BC’s in her purse until they graduated from high school and left home.
She used the bc’s to enroll them in pre school, kindergarten, elementary, middle school and high school.
They were jocks, and we/she used the bc’s to get them into soccer, baseball, football, track, wrestling, swimming/diving.

I don’t know what speech you watched, but Sarah Palin didn’t mention herself once. She talked about Trump, America, corrupt politicians, the establishment... But not herself. It was the ultimate endorsement speech, highly flattering Trump. Her experience on the stump for McLame really showed!

I detest being continuously jaded in my opinion of the average voter these days. On the republican side there is something I have been aware of since 2001, perhaps prior to that and I saw it again with a different hair do, in 2012.
Methinks what is not being admitted to regarding this trump debacle, is that Cruz has a ethnic last name.
In 2012, it was Romney’s Mormonism underpinning the usual political arguments.
As I said, I don’t want to see this, but It has to be a factor. There is no other explanation that makes any sense. I am aware of it, only because I am a self critical, and critical thinking philosophical conservative. As is Ted Cruz, Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh and many others currently under attack by association with Cruz. So how can that be?

BTW, neither she nor my dad would ever consider voting for Trump. We live in a different world.
