I believe Cruz to truly be a man of God. I don't think he panders when he speaks of his faith. Cruz in NH which he know is less religious territory:

"We should not be ashamed of Christ. We should be willing to speak the truth with a smile."

If Cruz were pandering, he would keep his religious views closer to his vest in NH.

Trump will do/say anything to win, including quoting "TWO Corinthians" at Liberty University. Pandering at its finest.

The faithful followers of Jesus Christ do not need pandering to, we discern to words of the faithful who are not ashamed to Testify to their Faith. Ted Cruz unashamedly exemplifies the body of Christ.
