How quaint. You might not have noticed, but the republic in ANY sense of how it was founded ended long ago. We are in a dictatorship of an oligarchy that -rules- over the citizens of this nation with utterly no regard for our wishes.
And yet you are decieved if you believe that trump, who buys and sells politicians, who uses eminent domain to take other people’s property, who works with Mafiosi, who obtains massive tax breaks so we little people can carry the load, whose wealthy father made sure he didn’t get drafted, and bought him a spot an Ivy League school, is going to deliver you from the oligarchy. trump is part and parcel of the oligarchy.
