The Republican Party invites Mr. Ted Cruz to major media/ debates to give him HELP with his campaign for Presidency when he doesn't qualify to be President of the USA under the US Constitution.
1. He was BORN in Canada, a natural born citizen of CANADA.
2. He may still have CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP.
3. His FATHER was NOT a US Citizen at the time of his birth.
4. There are reports that his MOTHER RENOUNCED her American Citizenship BEFORE he was born in CANADA. Even if his mother didn't, that doesn't make CRUZ ELIGIBLE to be President of the USA according to the CONSTITUTION that he is going to "preserve, protect and defend". A hardy har har.
5. Mr. Cruz was not a citizen of the US in 1787, the time of the ADOPTION of the US CONSTITUTION. Although there are some photos where he DOES look 229 years old we highly doubt he was a US Citizen at the time the Constitution was ADOPTED.

Lack of standing is a procedural device that enabled Obama to toss the many lawsuits over his not being a NBC.

Any state in the union can petition the US Government for birth and naturalization records...and get a response. They can ask for any/all documents that transitioned him from a Natural Born Canadian citizen to a US Citizen, natural born notwithstanding.
What documents did he provide to obtain a US Passport and what year was it issued? We know with certainty it had to be more than a Canadian birth certificate.
He”s a canuck like the rest of us, ya hoser!
I think it will be fast tracked to the USSC.
Has all the reasons the Supreme Court would accept it. Emergency writ.
This is the first ‘birther suit’ that I am aware of filed by a competing candidate for president over this issue.
Will also be interesting if Cruz WANTS the question answered, or if he’ll fight over procedural grounds to stonewall the case.
I’d like it just answered. It’s an issue for Rubio as well. It’ll come up again and again.
Let’s find out.

I make it an even 30 names on the Republican ballot for President, so there are quite a few others who could have standing to file similar suits.

And when a court agrees that the only NBC defy ever I’m US legal history shows crux is NBC I wonder if the trumpets well hold their breath till blue ..
Nobody has, in the past, ever filed a suit who was an eligible candidate for POTUS on this issue.
The Supreme Court could settle it nationally.
Interestingly, the conservatives (Scalia and Thomas particularly) would be the ones most likely to rule AGAINST Cruz.
Oops only NBC ever in us history ...
