To: Secret Agent Man

The real bottom line of this whole entire matter is it’s moot.

1. There are reasoned and reasonable arguments on both sides of the issue on this.

2. The last 100 years of generally accepted doctrine and practice would favor Cruz being considered natural born via jus sanguinis although not difinitive.

3. No court of any stature in the land will touch this.

4. Trump brought the whole thing up to muddy the waters. Whether it has any effect on how voters cast their ballots it yet to be seen.

Well, I am willing to let the voters decide. After all, the Constitution uses the term NATURAL_BORN without defining it, just as Euclid used the word LINE without defining it.
