Two Saudi Arabian nationals pleaded guilty to federal weapons charges stemming from an incident at a shooting range in Poway.
Two men were arrested and a third is wanted for illegally renting firearms and purchasing ammunition at the Poway Weapons and Gear gun range for target practice. Saad Mutlak Alsahli, Muath Ahmed Alraqibah and Abdulrahman Abdullah Alolaymi rented a Sig Sauer 9mm pistol and a Bravo .223 caliber rifle and bought 100 rounds of .223 caliber ammunition and 50 rounds of 9mm ammunition at the range, according to a Southern District of California court complaint.

Renting guns at a range seems innocent enough, its just a technical violation.
In my experience quite a few tourists/foreign students, especially Europeans want to do something like this. It’s something they mostly can’t do at home.
There are quite a lot of shooting ranges in CA.
Few in the liberal enclaves but outside of that there isn’t a shortage of venues.
Without the proper permits, it’s something that that can’t do here, either.

We used to shoot on BLM land.
Use to dirt bike there too till the Sierra buttheads shut that down

Not gonna tell the wife of she won’t want to go back there with me. Really nice indoor range.

My range has a group-on deal and occasionally gets a few retards in on the weekends. One day I was running drills and I hear these two giggly girlie fellas over a few lanes. They were videoing each other shooting like Mr Magoo and yapping in some Arabic sounding language. I got the distinct feeling that if they wanted to go jihad all the sudden, I was going to be just fine.

Heck, my cousin’s ultra liberal Australian girlfriend, here on a student visa at the time, wanted to come to the range with us if only to see what it was like to shoot a pistol.
