Create a safe zone in Jordan for all the refugees. Pay Jordan Billions of dollars in economic aid. Then return the refugees to Syria in 5-10 Years after the war ends.
Fine for the “women and orphans”. Send the boys back to fight for their own country.
Jordan already takes care of millions of refugees from Syria and around the area - Palestinians, Iraqis, etc. Their hosting capabilities are maxed out.
