2 Corinthians 3:17 -
“Now the Lord is the Spirit; where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.”
It is actually a fantastic verse. People who say we are not electing a pope, that is true enough. However, electing leaders without that Spirit of the Lord, there won’t be a lot of liberty. Rather, it will continue to be lost.
