You are correct. Wong Ark Kim is not relevant to the issue. Dicta is not a decision, but merely opining. I still support Ted Cruz because I think we live in a post Constitutional society (see Obama with nearly everything) and we need someone who has the intellect to set up back on the path to the Constitution. And that is Ted Cruz.

Ideally, I think the military should take over and a Pinochet type character should rule until America comes to its senses, but I don't see that happening.
