This video was taken in Charleston South Carolina on the morning of the GOP debate. Along with RNC head Reince Priebus, Fox's Dana Perino and all of the National Republican Party Leadership were in attendance. Holland Redfield, an RNC committeeman who represents the Virgin Islands is speaking:
This was the RNC meeting/convention in South Carolina prior to the debate later in the day. The membership from this entire group apparatus is who comprised the audience.
Do the audience responses evident in the debate broadcast make more sense now?
Heres an article from Politico: CHARLESTON, S.C. - A Republican National committeeman delivered a call-to-arms against Donald Trump during a closed-door GOP meeting on Thursday, urging his colleagues to take a forceful stand against those who he said are destroying the party's brand.
At a breakfast at the RNC winter meeting, Holland Redfield, an RNC committeeman who represents the minority-rich Virgin Islands, rose to address party Chairman Reince Priebus.
In the five-minute impromptu speech, a video recording of which Redfield provided to POLITICO, Redfield did not explicitly mention Trump's name. But he made clear that angry voices in the party pose a grave threat to the GOP's future, and expressed alarm at what he described as crushing pressure to play nice.
You can argue with me, but we're almost terrorized as members of our party. 'Shut up. Toe the line, embrace each other, and let's go forward.' I understand that. But there is a limit to loyalty. I am loyal to this party by speaking out on these very issues,' he said at the private breakfast meeting.

I'm quite sure he didn't feel this way when he and his ilk forced US to vote for the odious John McCain of the phony Mitt Romney!! Then they were gleeful, because they got their way once again, and their nominees.

But wait a minute. According to the Cruzoids, the GOPe and NY liberals are now in cahoots with Trump.
All the GOP has to do is take a “selfie” or buy a mirror. They themselves have destroyed the GOP but are too stubborn or too stupid to see that.
This rant is "metapolitics" not politics. It is vague generalities complaining about his life as a traitorous sell-out republican brought up short by a candidate he despises. But it is not about the issues that folks are upset with.
"Shut up and tow the line" is ok to a point, but he is not taking what is being dished out by the unnamed candidates any more.
He Blames the unnamed candidates [Trump] for sucking up the anger of the public and changing the GOPe brand and label. "It's my party, it's 'the people's party' it's not the candidate's party.
Gridlock looks awfully good right now compared to what these panderers and sell-outs have been doing to the country.
I don't know what his point is other than that his privilege as a sell-out operative of the Republican Party is under attack and he does not like it.

Trump is sucking up the anger of the voters, but just wait until you see what happens when someone comes along to avenge the angry politicians of GOPe like this guy. You will wish you never took on these folks. Nuclear war would better.

IMO (which probably means little to a lot), People who are really FOR America, would vote for either Cruz or Trump before any of the others....
Every state GOP has a state committee Man and Woman...find out who they are and contact them.
Don't be too quick on their days being numbered. The polls in SC show Bush rising. If we don't refocus on getting one of our top two candidates elected, We're going to end up with the worst nighmare yet again.
We need to quit fighting over Trump and Cruz and support both of them against the GOPe!
