I just wish Cruz would stop being disingenuous when he says that those born overseas of an American mother are automatically citizens. He knows ( or should know ) that that isn’t the case. It depends on the mothers age and her residency status in the US prior to the birth. By continually saying it the way he is ( and he should cite the law as it stood at the time of his birth ), he gives the impression that Obama would be an automatic citizen also if he were born overseas - which isn’t the case. [ Note : I am not commenting on natural born vs. citizen, just the inheritance of basic citizenship ]

You’re right. Stanley Ann was impregnated by a Kenyan who was already married. When she birthed BHO, she had not met the requirements for age and residence in the US to pass on US citizenship. Regardless, when they moved to Indonesia they had to be Indo citizens only, giving up any prior citizenship. ...So, doesn’t matter if Obama was born in Kenya or Hawaii...he forfeited any claim to US citizenship. That’s why his records are all sealed (by what authority?).
