Lets no forget the tariff war he wants to start with China. Yeah that will work. Especially since it’s Congress not Trump that can impost tariffs. So he’s using the “pen and phone” schtick from Obama on that one. Safe for the threatened tariffs on Mexico and Ford Motor Company.
He thinks he can work a better deal with Cuba.
He doesn’t want to get rid of Obamacare...he is on record as saying he can do Obamacare better. He’s promised healthcare for everyone.
The law saying we have to build a wall has been on the books since 2006. Obama (who Trump supported in 2008) defunded the project.

Trump is a Populist in the same fashion thaa Bill O’Reilly is. He’ll say what gets him the most praise at any given time...change his position like the wind and smear and character assassinate anyone who dares to challenge him.

He never said he would impose tariffs via EO. Every candidate promises things they need Congress to approve.
So what if the nonexistent wall is on the books - we need a president that will push it forward. Besides it was a fence, not a wall.
