This is becoming a classic case of “give a person enough rope and they will hang themselves” where Trump is concerned. He’s making the people that claimed early on that he was a Dem plant and not a friend of Conservatives feel justified in making those statements. What’s sad to watch is all of the apologists for anything he says or does volunteer so willingly to jump off the cliff with him. It smells of desperation on Donald’s part as well because he knows there’s that 1999 interview with Tim Russert out there that makes him sound like the Lib candidate for office.
