In his first comments about a possible running mate, Republican front-runner Donald Trump said Saturday that former Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown would make a "very good" vice president.
"Vice president. Hey, that sounds like it could â hey, hey â very good," Trump said at a rally in Portsmouth, N.H. that was hosted by Brown, The Hill reports.
Trump made the remark after he asked Brown whether he would consider running for office again and a member of the audience raised the idea of a Trump-Brown ticket, according to the Hill.
"Hey, you know what?" Trump added. "And heâs central casting. Look at that guy. Central casting.

This will not end well if the Donald makes this choice.
I saw that. It was a joke.
Nah......Lincoln Chaffee is the logical choice.
Just say no to RINO Brown ...
Two Libs on the ticket. Wow! Trump is a genius... for the liberals.
Trump also floated some female liberal when he was in her state, I forget who. He’s in Brown’s state with Brown on stage, is he supposed to say hell no?
I don’t think it matters I’m glad this is happening. Many FReepers have come out from the shadows and identified themselves as liberals. I’m ok with it.
Easy identification is best
I could support Henry Cabot Lodge. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henry_Cabot_Lodge_Jr.
And Bernie will sweep the northeast as Democrats always do.
Republicans should forget about wasting time and money there and concentrate on the swing states where the election really takes place.
I think we are seeing the beginning of a serious crack up by Cruz first supporters. Levin. Posting same things over and over in desperation. Happens every 4 years.
Here’s the T-R-U-T-H about Scott Walker. Trump was speaking at his No BS BBQ today, which several other candidates have already done, and more will in the future.
A young girl in the audience asked Trump if she could come up on stage and take a selfie with him. Scott Brown said, no. Probably because he was the host and maybe concerned with security. I don’t know.
Then Trump overrode Brown and let the girl come up on stage and get her selfie. The audience booed Brown for not letting the girl come up on stage. While that was going on, Trump said, Well, if Scott were running for office, he would let her come up. Audience laughter.
Then Trump asked Brown if he was going to be running for office again.
Immediately someone from the audience yelled out, how about as your VP to Trump?
Then, Trump, because he has good manners, said something complimentary, like ‘yeah, yeah, that would be a good idea’ as opposed to saying to the audience member, are you kidding me? why would I ever consider this guy, thus insulting the host who was showing Trump his hospitality.
And this becomes Trump floating SCott Brown as his VP.
Desperate.
Pro-abort, pro-homosexual Scott Brown.
Okey-dokey then.
I guess Democrats of a feather really do flock together.
Trump dangles the VP option as a way to endure himself to various groups.
But I thought Trump was a truth teller? Didn’t care what others thought? Trump does things his own way?
Proper response would have been I have other caricature in mind if he were a true conservative. But we know this isn’t the case I mean lets be honest here
I feel sorry for the Freepers who had donated to this RINO, who didn;t accomplish the simple task of ending Odumbocare..
Trump has also floated OPRAH, Cruz, and before this is all over will probably float Harry Reid.
Just like his history... He is all over the map. It all depends on if somebody hurts his feelings or not.
YUP
Trump didn’t float the idea. An audience member did. Trump handled it in a way that was gracious to his host.
nah, trumpee was pandering, that is Brown’s neck of the woods.
Probably. He will do same with Nikki. But he was not serious.
