There is no confirmation that under FEC rules either of these two loans were required to be reported.
Both of these loans were personal loans secured with personal assets, not loans made to the campaign. The campaign was not responsible to pay back either loan.
All that is required , if anything, is an amended filing.
Trump know this, but it’s politics and he’s in it to win, as Ted is, too. It’s all fair game.
Wrong, joyless. Do your homework before you continue to expose your simple mind.
Look, I like Ted Cruz, but even HE acknowledged it was required and that he failed to disclose. And then he amended the filing.
I believe that it was an oversight, and should not be a deal-breaker. But coupled with the "NY Values" dust-up and the NBC thing, it's doing a great deal of damage.
Cruz's numbers are starting to dip. I'm not sure how he recovers now that Trump has him playing defense.
Same jink and jive as with the citizenship qualification,.. if there isn’t an issue, why are there questions?
Someone needs to ask Trump if he or one of his businesses or one of his trusts has ever had to file an amended tax return.
“There is no confirmation that under FEC rules either of these two loans were required to be reported.”
Of course it is required. That why he has to amend what he filed.
see post 16 for why he needed to disclose it and why it could be a subversive way of getting campaign contributions from pro-amnesty Goldman-Sachs.
