The North Carolina GOP Primary Ballot is yet another indication. Never before in party political history has the North Carolina Republican Party given voters the option of "NO PREFERENCE". (see below):
Where do the "no preference" votes/delegates go? To the party leadership of course. What will they do with them? Give to the party candidate.
Also note the position of Donald Trump in relationship to Jeb Bush on the ballot.
Remember, these are "optical scan" sheets, tabulated by scanning the ballot in a pre-programmed machine set up to identify the bubble location. Optical Scans.

Note that “No Preference” isn’t on any of the other races, so they can’t call it a “software feature” that makes it necessary.
Lawsuit by close of business on Friday. This will not stand up in court.
And the GOPe wonders what is going wrong?
The GOPers are going to get royally spanked in the next elections.
Perhaps it should be labeled -
“WE WILL DECIDE FOR YOU”
Odd that the names are not alphabetical. I noticed that Jeb is placed between Trump the leader and Carson who was doing well in the polls when this ballot was made. Calibration “errors” a little north and south of Jeb’s name will pull votes from Trump and Carson.
