Just say NO. Let them keep blowing off nukes until China gets so pissed they arrange a coup and the assassination of the Kim family.
Beijing is only 400 miles from the DPRK and they share a border. China is in a much worse position than the USA is.
China is not the Kim dynasty’s enemy, nor vice versa. Neither ally will ever attack each other.
