While completely ignoring the political dimension.
Rarely do facts, data and long, drawn out defense have an impact on a vote.
Rarer still if counter attacks change a vote.
I don't doubt the sincerity or righteousness of either party. All good, honest committed people.
But having a hard time catching up to the leading edge of the political meme.
What distresses me is that in order for Trump or Cruz to win the nomination, they have to utterly destroy the other. And once that occurs, those supporters will be lost to the winning coalition. And probably the election as a whole.

It’ better to get all “dirty” ( for want of a better word ) things out early on than to get an October surprise.
I prefer all charges (Cruz’s included ), bogus or otherwise, to be let out in the open now than later so that we can all judge whether or not they are serious.
