Everyone did that which was right in his own eyes.
As the article says, this is the great falling away. The gay pastor wants a great awakening, but she wants an awakening to the “truths” of this world. The UMC is slower than the PCUSA, ELCA, and TEC but it is gradually trading God for “relevance”.

The Bible says women shouldn’t be pastors.I quit a church that decided to have a female pastor. I agree with you. Also went to a "Catholic" wedding that had nothing but "altar girls." Couldn't stand it.
