House building? Were they building a house, or in a house inside of a building?

It refers the House of Representatives. It is just shortened to House. Usually it is stipulated as House Office Building. It's an office building used for the House of Representatives for Committees, Congressman/woman's DC office, etc. There are 5 House Buildings and 3 Senate Office Buildings. The House Office Buildings consist of the Cannon, Longworth, Rayburn, Ford, and O'Neil. The Senate Office Buildings consist of the Russell, Dirksen, and Hart.

It’s like a barn-raising for the Amish, but it’s a house...
