Personally....I believe “House Members” should be required to stay in their district offices...and only VISIT DC annually.
We sort of do that in Texas.
Our session is only once every 2 years for only 140 days.
Its the way to do it.
The only problem is the calendars process turns into a bit of a shooting gallery for bills, but it keeps changes minimal.
