I relocated from NY, and I fully support Cruz, and I know that his NYC values comment is spot on. New Yorkers believe that the world revolves around them, and they whine when reminded that they are not. This is just another example.
You got one here. And BTW, NYC sucks. There are a few good ones on the right that live there, and I applaud them for hanging in there with all the idiots and trying to change them, but NYC is a cesspool now. Going back down the tubes as it was in the 70's and there is a giant sucking sound of our hard earned tax dollars being funneled down there by Cuomo....
“The faux outrage can only be explained as an expression of regional tribalism and has nothing to do with conservative principles.”
Yeah, sure...
That’ll explain it away.
The Cruz people are saints compared to the Trumpkins who sell their soul to a NY liberal and cheer on Lady Liberty flipping off the bird to a conservative candidate in the race.
The Daily News is the best proof that Ted Cruz is indeed right.
Cruz can win Pennsylvania. Once one gets outside the liberal pit of Philadelphia thereâs an awful lot of conservatives. The rest of the northeast is filled with whacked out liberals who outnumber conservatives. The west cost is the same way, infested with liberals. The rest of the country minus perhaps Illinois is very winnable by Cruz.
Yep. Cruz will roll into the Lehigh Valley touting his support of Obama’s TPA. Ooops. Maybe he won’t do that. Sorry, you’re having a day dream. Cruz is not competitive in any of those states against a Dem who will paint him as a Goldman Sachs Wall Street fat cat robber baron.
Yeah, he’s just sayin’, like not too many Baptist come out of Cuba, or whatever that Trump below-the-belt sucker punch was Trump used against Cruz. There, too, Trump was bringing in something totally irrelevant to the voters attention. In this case, Cruz points out that Trump is a man who lives and breaths big government, crony capitalism, liberal-hobnobbing, wife-shucking, New York values. Trump was a fan of the whole liberal agenda until he needed and wanted to bamboozle conservatives.
That’s the Daily News for ya. Run by the craziest far left lunatics you can find anywhere. They encapsulate New York values.
And Ted Cruz “encapsulates” Goldman Sachs values. If you are a Cruz supporter you really don’t want to be playing this game.
You mean like Trump calling Iowans some degree of stupid?
So who’s angry at Ted Cruz for speaking the truth?
The Daily News, country-club Republicans and Trumpies. Sounds like Ted’s over the target again.
Anybody notice that in his stirring defense of New York conservatism, Donald Trump didn’t name himself as its champion?
Trump supporters will take exception to you displaying the values of this newspaper. They’re very thin skinned with their love of ALL things New York, like liberalism.
I agree, the center fold technique is preferable, but sometimes the slice doesn’t cooperate.
Has Cruz been spotted eating pizza? I need to see that before deciding who to vote for.
Iowa is flyover country, isn't it. Didn't Trump call Iowans stupid.
What did Jesus do to the bankers? You know, the types Teddy Boy grovelled and crawled on his belly like a snake for funds?
If he couldnt win ny he should drop out cmon
Yes, Trump called Iowans stupid. But that’s different. He was speaking his liberal New York values then. And Trumpinistas support the New York view of ordinary Americans.
You are exactly right.
I like Cruz a lot more than Trump, but that was the biggest misstep he's made so far in a debate. On the other hand, he did a great job with the birther stuff.
Trump is a media creation. He's THEIR "bad boy," who makes a farcical characterization of conservatism.
