Why would one bring people who don’t like you and spend money on them.
* billion euros for refugee costs in 2016. I suspect the cost will be many times that and the German government will try and hid it by not accounting for additional medical costs, police costs, impact of criminal and jihadi actions, etc. The costs to Germany will be much higher IMO.

Must be nice to have a surplus. We haven’t ever had a surplus. Oh the Clinton years maybe but we still had the debt so was it really a surplus? No.
Germany uses their VAT as an ersatz tariff on foreign goods. Economic patriotism works.
Kind of puts the lie to the theory that Germany was importing these people to become workers, doesn't it? Merkel and Co. had to know they were importing poverty by the boatloads. Now the taxpayers get to support them.
I heard a new term; rape-ugees
The majority of those Syrian refugees are literally some of the worst people alive on this earth. Immediately, thousands of them got together sexually assault women on new years.
The refugees will be in need of the money to establish no-go sharia areas.
I think the presumption is that they will catch up on a generation or two. The fact that East Germans have not caught up in thirty years notwithstanding.
