You are not standing for anything. You are just snarking. No political candidate owns me and I wouldn’t utter a thing I thought to be untrue or unfair to attack anyone. You on the other hand are flailing. I have done my homework on Trump and on Cruz as well. Both have their strengths and their weaknesses, areas I agree with their positions and areas where I don’t. I think Trump can take the heat and has the muscle to pull off this election.
We have Christie in NJ. I don’t really like him but he’s the best we can do. At least some of his positions are more conservative than the average NJ poll. He is the best we could get elected with the weighting of the inner cities and unions.
Similarly Trump has some positions that are too liberal or big Government for me but those positions allow him to get the crossover votes he will need to get elected. A more conservative candidate would alienate people that will vote for Trump. I am thrilled to see him getting blue collar, Hispanic and black support. I believe that a more conservative government would benefit all those people as well as the Nation. I think he may be the spoonful of sugar and the fist in a velvet glove that gets America back on track.
