Try talking to people who aren’t Republican primary voters. They think Trump is a joke and has no chance. No candidate is spoken about in harsher terms than Trump among the less politically tuned in crowd. The hard-left probably speaks about Cruz with slightly more hatred, because they know he truly opposes them on every issue.

Every poll is not a fraud and a conspiracy. Quite the opposite. Capitalism works. If polls are wrong, the pollsters go out of business, and they don’t want to.

I believe Trump will betray conservatives so fast on every issue if he’s elected that I would never support him in the primary. He is a classic case of a candidate who changed many key positions just to make himself more appealing in the primary, no different from Romney. The only difference is he started doing it about 5 years ago when he flirted with running in the last primary. So he has slightly more credibility because it happened a little longer ago. But they were cynical flip-flops just the same and he has no credibility and cannot be trusted.

There is no doubt the the GOP establishment are going to try and defeat Trump. Rinos like Haley couldn’t have been more clear. I think Trump is in for a surprise when he sees how the political class has worked to get people out that will vote against him.

I’m sorry to burst your bubble, I was in the business for many years and sold data to political campaigns. Consumer polls on what cereal they eat and where they buy their blue jeans is well sampled and fairly accurate.

Voting polls are managed for results and they become self-fulfilling. Of course they can’t call 900 people who are all democrats and ask who would vote for Clinton and who would vote for Trump. You’d end up with 80% for Clinton. So using demographics, race, geography, you insure the result is within reason, but still in the direction you want.

>>>Try talking to people who aren’t Republican primary voters<<

I have, out of ten people, Trump gets eight Votes. Two of those Votes come from former Obama Voters. The other two like Hillary, gaga me with a spoon.

Even my Apolitical Wife, her two Sisters and Mother are all in for Trump. My M-I-L hasn’t Voted in 20 Years, but she is Voting for Trump. They are also Hispanic, just for laughs.

I’m a Cruz guy, and when I asked those same People about Voting for him, NOT A ONE said they would.

Their big issue with Cruz, he’s that guy that shut down the Government. No matter how I try to give them the facts about that, they weren’t hearing it.

The Media did their Job in making Cruz look like the Grinch that stole Christmas.
