Cruz is not for a VAT, that was a complete lie by Rubio, and he repeated it twice, Cruz is for a flat 16% business tax and a flat 10% personal tax.

Well, if I was confused about Cruz and the VAT tax, I’m guessing lots of others are too.

I too believe Rubio flat out lied regarding Cruz's tax plan, at least as I understand it. I *thought* Rubio was going to be the new GOP-E alpha dog. But with all the fact-checking material available now to show him at-best as "not understanding" and at worst "outright lieing" about the facts, I don't see that as a possibility. Do you think he is just attacking Cruz to tear him down and give Jeb the second chair?
