I am not aware of that. I do know naturalized citizens can be stripped of their citizenship.
I'll tentatively concede that, but we don't know that all the ISIS joiners are going to be naturalized, and just stripping them of citizenship is weak. Treason, rope, tree.
Not sure if 8 USC 1481 is structured as it is, in order to comply with SCOTUS. I think it is, Afroyim v. Rusk, 387 U. S. 253 (1967)
I'd have to study to see if citizenship stripping is absolute, probably not, nothing is.
