Will it go nowhere? I believe most of the Obama lawsuits were dismissed because it was determined whoever filed them didn’t have standing. Please correct me if I am wrong. Would it be different if it was filed by the dem presidential candidate, or a senator or representative? I don’t think any of us know the answer to that question.
