Nope...and Cruz just LIED re Trump’s mother, who WAS an American Citizen when he was born.
******************************************************************************
Yes, she was an American citizen. But was she also a British citizen/subject at the time Trump was born? Did Britain go through the formal process of removing her British citizenship (and, yes, there is/was such a process)? If NOT, Trump’s mother was a dual citizen with potential divided loyalties as the American founders recognized.

Inquiring minds want to know. Perhaps Trump needs to get this question/problem settled BEFORE the general election?

The oath of naturalization took care of your so called British issue. Trump’s mother renounced all over allegiances by a declarative oath.

If the British wanted Trump’s mother, they could have come over here and gotten her.

But they were fighting WW2 at the time with the US as allies.
