Cruz LIED about Trump’s mother, which made him look STUPID!
He didn’t lie. Trumps mother was born outside the U.S. which according to some of the most crackpot birther theories would make Trump ineligible. The whole point was to show how silly this birther stuff has gotten.
He did not lie. He said that “some people say that”, and he is right. I have read it here and on other sites- it was one of the arguments with Obama- that both parents have to be born on in the US. Not naturalized- born here. He was not “lying”.
