Trump just wants Cruz to get it settled before the general election.

B.S. Trump is using it as an under-handed way to hurt Cruz. He does not mean well with this line of attack, he simply want's to lower Cruz's vote.

There is nothing sincere in this approach.

It may not be favorable to cruz, but it is not underhanded. Cruz will get challenged by the Dems, their lawyers and judges if he wins the nomination. We need it settled and I am surprised Cruz did not handle it a long time ago with the courts.
