How many dozens of lawsuits were filed during Obama’s run and Presidency challenging his eligibility? Are we going to allow the Dems to pick our nominee over some BS lawsuit that will go nowwhere?!
They elected Deblasio.
It did bring tears. It touched me.
WOOHOO! GO TRUMP!
Raphael Cruz sounds like a solid middleweight boxer.
“DOWN GOES CRUZ. The debate champ was dropped by a right hook that put his lights out. The moment of the night. It will be the one people remember the most.”
The look on Cruz’s face at the end was priceless. It’s like he saw his whole campaign flash before his eyes.
I think the definition for natural born citizen needs to be clarified. Not just for this election but also future elections. As it is written, illegals crossing the border to give birth to that anchor baby could be giving us are future president. Am I the only one who sees a problem with that?
Works for me!
Cruz is extremely intelligent. I’m still shaking my head in disbelief how he walked right into THAT!
Utter, arrogant stupidity!
Overlooking 9/11!?!
WHOA!
BASES LOADED HOME RUN WORLD SERIES = DONALD TRUMP!!
No. FReeeprs are always ripping California, and I get it, but FR was begun here and there are so many of us here that we give a lot of the donations.
We don’t hate NY. Sorry.
It wasn’t wise for Cruz to comment about NY in the way he did.
I didn’t say they did because they never will. I was saying that Cruz was trying to score points and it backfird on him bigtime.
Maybe so but still dumb to say and then to keep hammering it. Tone deaf
Yeah funny how Trump can’t come up with a reason as to why he held very liberal views just a few years ago.
Ditto!
So it’s ok for Trump to call Iowans stupid, but we must never never insult the elites in Manhattan. Get real.
Yep, I agree.
That was a MASSIVE gift Cruz just handed Trump.
Trumps chances of winning New York in the general just skyrocketed.
Trump WORSHIPS Money. It is his GOD!
Yeah but when you use liberal logic and liberal tactics you play towards emotion and drag 9/11 into it...hiding behind a national tragedy rather than discuss the nanny state big gov that NY is thanks to progressives and pandering Northeast Republican progressives like Trump.
At birth, he was qualified to receive a Consular Report of Birth Abroad, as authorized by statute under Congress' authority to make an uniform rule of naturalization.
Whether he did or did not receive a CRBA in a timely way or not is unknown. His campaign posted his Canadian birth certificate, so far, I don't believe we've seen his CRBA.
It is most certainly NOT a resolved issue (and it may be unresolvable) whether the son of an alien father born abroad is an NBC. If there is a way to resolve it, the GOP should move promptly to do so.
But there may be no such path to resolution. The courts decide "cases and controversies", they don't generally respond to requests for clarification and they don't issue declaratory judgements without a plaintiff or injured party. It's not clear that there is such a person here.
