And the Oath is to the Constitution, not the government, not the Congress, not the Supreme Court, and not the President.
The citizens of the United States get to vote for the President every four years. What is solider, sailor, airman or a Marine supposed to do if the people vote for a liberal moron? It's happened before. It will probably happen again, sadly.
It is not up to the military to defy the will of the people, no matter how deluded and stupid they are.
If any president violates the Constitution in a blatant way, then, and only then, should the military do something--but that would still be unprecedented in 229 years!
