Three former Philadelphia elections officials pleaded guilty Wednesday in Common Pleas Court to misdemeanor charges of violating the state's election code and were each sentenced to one year of probation.
Under a plea deal, felony fraud charges were dropped against Robin Trainor, 56; Laura Murtaugh, 57; and Cheryl Ali, also 57.

Election fraud has essentially been decriminalized, a at least for democrats.

This is impossible! Democrats have told us that the honor system is air tight and that no one EVER commits election fraud!

Both Trainor and Murtaugh are registered Democrats, and in a city where Democrats outnumber Republicans 7-1, members of the majority party are often appointed as minority inspectors if no Republicans are available.

And some voting precincts recorded ZERO votes for the Republican candidate (statistically impossible.)
Vote fraud needs a mandatory minimum sentence.
If it were only 1 week per offense, it could be nearly eliminated.
