Trump's support is firm with about 25 - 30% of the Republican party. His support in the national polls is higher because his name recognition draws him up with the low information voters. Trump's ability to close the deal (deal maker that he is) will be done by betraying the conservative values he's so recently started spouting. He's a fraud.
Heck Trump used Democratic talking points to oust Walker by criticizing Walker for NOT raising tax's. So if people were under any illusion that Trump was a conservative, that should have knocked some sense into them. Trump continues to parrot the Democrats talking points to take out his opposition....even when he talked about planned parenthood he used Democrat talking points.
So let's say Trump is elected and is a terrible left of center president..... Does the base then say..... "Yes, we knew he wasn't going to be a good president and wasn't conservative, but man did we throw a wrench into the process!.. Whoo hoo!"... But why not just elect Cruz and get your monkey wrench and a good, conservative president that will surely change the face of Washington and fight for this country.
The biggest fraud is the ineligible Cruz. He is no conservative, just another pawn in the cheap labor express.
