The rule is pretty clear- anyone born to a natural born citizen- regardless of where they are born, can run for president provided they meet the other two requirements- ie lived here 14 years- and the other one I can’t remember right now- Cruz’s mother was a citizen when she gave birth to Ted- that’s the end of it until a court steps in and defines the rule once and for all- there is no rule stating that he can not run for president because all three requirements have been met

35 years of age or older? I know it’s a minimum age limit. I just not exactly sure on the age.

A person must be born in the U.S. to TWO citizen parents to be a natural born citizen.

Let me help you: Both parents have to be U.S. citizens and you have to be born in the U.S.
