I dont give a $hit

If the establishment is so freaked out about Trump he could start sacrificing live chickens on TV and I would still vote for him at this point

“It’s a cullt of personality. You could have a video of Trump tossing puppies into a blender and molesting a goat and his supporters would love him even more for it.”

You are correct. He imports workers, taking jobs Americans could have as he makes speeches against foreign workers taking American jobs - they do not care, they are the Trumpcult.

So what! He is a businessman and is what they do, now he wants to step into the other side and defend us.....which helps because he already knows the ins and outs of the 1 side!

The Trump companies have sought at least 850 H-2B visa workers.

The H-2B program, which receives little government oversight, is used by companies in sectors ranging from hospitality to forestry to hire foreign workers for temporary jobs. Companies must prove that the jobs are seasonal - and that they tried and failed to hire Americans.

This is from the article. H-2B are seasonal, non-farm employees. SEASONAL.

Notice, that only leaves 250 other workers for the 15 year period. That is 1.4 per month.

from 8/1/15

When he does the things he condemns others for doing, then I’ve got a big issue with it.

The key being it’s still a legal situation that needs to be legislated against.

Until it becomes unlawful, it’s kind of hard to fault businessmen from using the law to their advantage. Perhaps boycotting Mr. Trump’s businesses would be a useful tactic to get the point across that we aren’t fond of this situation?

Perhaps Mr. Trump should also consider thanking Mr. Cruz for his support of the HB-1 issue as well? I wonder if Mr. Trump takes advantage of that little issue as well. I wonder where Mr. Cruz stands on that issue at this time?

We have choices. Maybe vote in those who would put a stop to these immigration laws, or boycott those who are taking advantage of them at the expense of American Citizens.

Is this the same kind of temporary visa that TRUMPSTERS are berating TED CRUZ about?

NO. These are H2B visas - temporary, seasonal workers.

Cruz wanted to increase the H1B visas - good for 3 years and renewable.

Big difference.

“So what! He is a businessman and is what they do, now he wants to step into the other side and defend us.....which helps because he already knows the ins and outs of the 1 side!”

Right..............

Personally, I don’t need anyone to defend me.
But, I’d like someone who would uphold, protect and defend the constitution.

This article is from July. Every hotel on the east coast takes in maids for the “season” months (summer in the North, winter in Florida where Maralago is).

Those east coast maids are from Norway, Iceland, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland etc - the young girls want to see the USA and they need jobs for three months while they do it. They cant afford to tour the USA but they want to visit. 74 applications per year with most approved - say 60 maids per year - isn’t anything compared to your example of training permanent replacements.

Lastly, I can see every red blooded American male smirking and thanking the Lord for making our beautiful ‘seasons’ in Florida and the Northeast all that much more beautiful with these young damsels.

This is something his company is doing right now. If he really is concerned about American workers then he should not be abusing the H1B system while he claims to be fighting for American workers. I think instead of “the Donald” we should call Trump “the Hypocrite.”

It’s going to be hard for the Republicans to field a presidential candidate as enthusiastic about the H-1B visa as U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas).

Cruz, who announced his presidential bid this morning, once proposed an immediate increase in the base H-1B cap from 65,000 to 325,000. Cruz offered the H-1B increase as an amendment in 2013 to the Senate’s comprehensive immigration bill.

Your point?

I know imported workers brought here temporarily filling jobs no one else could do. They pay taxes and add to the economy

The candidate's foreign talent hunt included applications for an assistant golf-course superintendent, an assistant hotel manager and a banquet manager.

Jobs Americans won't do.
