Ted Cruz grew up in Houston, and Houston painted their city hall in rainbow colors before B-O did that to the White House, to honor queers.
For anyone doubting that large Texas cities are just like all other large American cities in that regard (including NYC), (with photos like the NYC one you posted taken in those large Texas cities too), just do a Google "image" search on the three words ( Texas gay pride ), or try ( Houston gay pride ). The Texas photos returned from those image searches are similar to the photo you posted, but too close to obscene for me to post them here.
Some of the Texas photos returned from that Google image search are from Austin, some from Dallas, some from Houston, etc.
I wouldn't say those perverts "embody Texas values", and you should not say those perverts in your picture embody New York values either.

If he isnt willing to get in the scrum now, then that gambles that when it comes time for the Democrats that he is going to be able to go toe-to-toe. There is no hiding off in the corner then.

That sentimentality will get him killed in a general. People arent looking at the “adult” in the debates. They are looking for the person that will beat the other side.
Romney, Ryan, McCain, and Dole all thought that if they just out matured the other guy, that the public will rally to them. The other guys pulled all manner of dirty tricks and the public didn’t knock them one bit, especially with press cover for the Democrat.
At least NY is in the USA.
If New Yorkers have to choose between Dem (Hillary) or Dem lite (Trump), they'll choose the real deal.
We’ll see. New Yorkers pride themselves on being able to discern the difference between the fake and the real deal, and nobody can argue the fact that Hillary Rotten Criminal is fake as three dollar bill. She used New York State like a cheap sex toy to get her Senate seat in 2000, and couldn’t care less now.
