Makes little sense. Rubio seems to have topped out though. Not sure what could possibly have surged Jeb up from 3-10% in polling. Of the two, I’d rather have Rubio. Half a loaf is better than an old moldy loaf.

Poll shows Jeb picking up male likely voters over past several days. Cruz down a lot again male likely voter while Bush is up. But again, this is Reuters.
