The law states a 15 minute break in a 4 hour time period. The law doesn’t say smokers get more. If I were to take a break 3 times in 5 hours, I’d be fired but for some reason Noelle gets a pass. If I didn’t bother to show up to work weeks and months on end, I’d be fired but for some reason P. gets a pass. If someone’s widdle bitty 35-40 year old grown adult kiddie isn’t earning his/her salary, by golly it should be addressed.
Her employement is between her and her employer, yours is between you and yours. The idea that, how your employer treats you, or what the legal minimums required are how everyone has to be treated is nonsense.
There is no relevance at all to this woman’s work and Jeb to begin with, she’s 38, hasn’t been a child in 20 years. Secondly, whatever she and her employer are okay with is all that matters, not what your employer would do, or what the state says is the minimum allowed.
Finally, even if you think that is how the world ought to work for everyone in all situations, how does this in any way reflect on the candidate? She’s not active in his campaign at all, she’s not a political figure, at all, she’s just living her life... this article is just flat out garbage.
